This is my inital design. After reading about Terry Dowling and Gary Taxali, I begun experimenting with the background.
Using brown paper, "magic tape", sticky tape, red acrilic paint and black spray paint I constucted a background.
I placed my cut-out images on top of the constructed background, but felt that it would be more aesthetically pleasing if the background was up-side down.
